Sorry, I should have said - ack file is of course php (phormack-enquiry.php) 

I don't know what has happened but I now get a very strange error: 

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_IF in 
/home/httpd/html/phorm2/phorm.php(2291) : eval()'d code on line 61 

This goes and the form works ok, if $PHORM_ACK is set back to a html file. 

Very odd...
