The *PHORM_FROM* is the staffer's email address, but it is being sent by someone internally - not an outside client or customer. The following is what I did in the config: $PHORM_FROM = $Email; $PHORM_TMPL [0] = "staffer.txt"; $PHORM_SUBJECT = "Your New Project - {{SName}} ID# {{ID}}"; $PHORM_TO = "$Email"; $PHORM_TMPL [1] = "email.txt"; I realized the $PHORM_RESATCH did not send an uploaded file, so I improvised.
