Hmm.. I am familiar with the above, but the rule above states there is a field 
that is going to be processed if the conditions are not met. This is not my 
scenario, I just want to make sure at least 1 of the 3 fields are changed. 

I just have fields that are default to n/a. When a user submits a form, I want 
to make sure at least one of the 3 are changed from n/a to another value. In 
this instance, it is not a single field that I am checking against, so I'm not 
sure how to do this.
