I took the ArrayToList function that is in the Phorm (not jr) functions.php 
file (under phorm/lib) and copied it into the phormjr.php file (at the top). 
It's well documented in the file and if you do a search for ArrayToList you 
should be able to find that code block. 

I then used the Phorm directions on setting up the array and put the 
information in my .phm file (similar to the config.php file). 

Made sure my multiple field was set properly in my form and tested it to make 
sure it works.
