My form and my data are in french. In french we have many words with an 
apostrophe, like d'autre, l'autre, etc. In my form those data are alright. But 
in the verification page they are presented as d\'autre l\'autre (with one \) 
; In my confirmation page (ack.html) they are like d\\'autre l\\'autre (with 2 
\\); in my log file and the email they are presented as d\\\'autre l\\\'autre 
(with 3 \\\). Where those \ comes from ?
