MESSAGE: (#4076) Forwarding name/value pairs to another URL

I'm trying to figure out the best way (or any way) to forward the name/value
pairs to another URL for additional processing once Phorm is done.

So far my best guess to resolving this is to use $PHORM_POSTINC to process
another php file, and use this file to reconstruct a URL with the name/value
pairs appended (e.g., GET).

Is this the most realistic approach? So far I haven't had any luck.
