[phoenixchorale exec] email to Press-Herald and list of freebie papers

Hi,

I've attached that email I want to send out to several reporters/editors at the 
Press-Herald.

Please let me know what edits you suggest and I will incorporate them and send 
it out again (Sunday COB will be deadline).

Also I've attached that list of freebie papers with their contact info. Please 
add more as appropriate and send it back. I'll put it up on DropBox.
