Hello,

I maintained a Debian package for Phoenix-M a few years ago,

its current state can be found at http://georges.khaznadar.fr/docs/phoenix/

Debian packages (relevant for older Debian/Ubuntu distributions) are:
http://georges.khaznadar.fr/docs/phoenix/phoenix-guide_2.3.2-1_all.deb
http://georges.khaznadar.fr/docs/phoenix/phoenix_2.3.2-1_all.deb
http://georges.khaznadar.fr/docs/phoenix/python-libphoenix_2.3.2-1_all.deb

If you want, I can try to rebuild those packages inside a recent Debian
distribution, to update them.
