[phoenix-project] report on expEYES

Hello all,
       An article by the Down To Earth magazine on expEYES in
HERE<http://www.downtoearth.org.in/content/lab-lap>.
Also last week it was presented at the RMLL 2012 conference in Geneva.
Sometimes back Georges Khasnadar, a co-developer of PHOENIX, announced it
in this mailing list to present PHOENIX project. Two teachers applied and
were invited to present a demonstration of expEYES.

All the users of equipment from the PHOENIX project are requested to
present it at wherever possible. Present  your experience with  it,
highlight if any new experiments are added. This will help reaching it to
more people.
