Invitations have been send by email along with an electronic copy of
the letter, that can be opened using OpenOffice
<http://www.openoffice.org/>program (freely downloadable for MSWindows
also). The letter has been send
by post also.
Invitations could not be send to some applicants who did not fill the
communication address properly in their online application.
