The Govt of India has a clear policy that all govt websites should
have Universal Accessibility. See this link

Interestingly the Department Of Telecommunications websites are "IE
ONLY" websites. (www.dot.gov.in)

Very Unfortunate! Decision makers should be made aware of the basic
