[pedevel] Jam MIME type

Hi there,
while Pe automatically sets "text/x-jamfile" as MIME types for
jamfiles, its resources only contain a "text/x-jam" MIME type - IOW it
doesn't work as probably intended.
Since pe.types.rsrc is a binary file in our repository (why is this?)
I've actually no idea how to change this, as QuickRes doesn't let me
change flattened messages, and the file cannot be opened with the
FileTypes app.
Can someone change this?
