[PCWorks] Would someone be kind enough to see if you can open this file?

Would someone be kind enough to see if you can open this file? 
It's a manual for a tablet PC, for some dumb reason 
"apparently" in .doc format instead of PDF and this is what the 
manufacturer has at their site, but it's corrupted in some way 
because I cannot get ANYTHING to open it.  WordPad, MSworks, 
Excel viewer, MSOffice, none of them will open it!  (I uploaded 
it because it took "a month" to download it from the insanely 
slow manufacturer's site).
