[PCWorks] Search applet on Windows XP

Hello again ... After installing DSL (I'm sure that can't be cause for this 
puzzle), I cannot use my Search applet. The "Search Companion" in the left pane 
is blank (dark blue), or I get this message: "A file that is required to run 
Search Companion cannot be found. You may need to run setup." What does that 
mean? ... A related question: If I decide to "restore" to yesterday, would that 
effect my recent move from dial-up to DSL? --- Harold
