It did it again.  Deleted my first line.  I'll try some spaces at the top.

First line read:  " I just replied to Larry's email about antispycheck.  For
some reason the first line of my message was deleted."  which was before
"Here's the original ..."

The first link has what they call a removal tool.  I have no idea whether
this is legitimate or not.  

Both sites have manual removal instructions.  They are pretty extensive.
This thing just embeds itself in your computer.
