Actually they *have to* be rejected/ignored because there's a 
bug that does not allow any editing of the posts, then 
forwarding to the approval address.  So the choices are only 
ignore, or let it post with the footers.

them, and I always reject them.
The problem is that messages can become huge and incoherent if

aren't edited by the person who replies, hence the requirement 
to remove
the footers.
