[PCWorks] Hardware temperatures

According to my Intel Desktop Utilities, the processor and motherboard
are at 46 & 48 DG C respectively.
The I/O Controller Hub is 81 DG c, and the Memory Controller Hub is at
68 DG C.
I wonder if the latter two readings are cause for concern?
Remedies?
