[pctriclub] Tues Indoor track/bike workout

Good afternoon!

The workout on the indoor track at basin rec last week went well. 

1) bring your own bike and trainer or
2) use one of the spin bikes - the class doesn't seem to fill up so we can 
borrow a few bikes after the class starts.

We set up on the far side of the track near the spin bikes.

6:00pm warmup jog
6:15pm borrow spin bikes if needed
6:20pm 15min bike then 10min run, 3 times
7:45pm weights if you are motivated
