We meet at noon Monday through Thursday for 6 weeks, for Functional Strength 
group workouts.  These are small groups, between 4-8 people, and I focus on 
improving Muscular Endurance and Force, using full-body exercises- perfect for 
your Triathlon training and/ or weight loss.  You get 4 workouts per week for 6 
weeks with me, for $299.  (Short-Term Memberships are available if you are not 
a member of Silver Mt Sports Club).
