Having a problem with Scan disk and defrag..I haven't used Win 98 for several years but the best I can rememeber was to scan you had to shut down all but Explorer and Systray to scan..I did that but it still won't proceed thru the scan. It keeps starting over. same with Defrag... Anyone know the answer..???
