Does anyone know anything about changing system administrator rights?
I am trying to help someone with a computer. When I tried to change something
on Nortons it said I did not have administrator rights. Now I went and looked
and there are two names Owner and Tony (thats the person's computer it is).
According to what it says both have all administrator rights. However I cannot
get it to do anything under Tony. Anyone have any ideas? I would just like to
drop off tony and change Owner to Tony and give all rights.
