If you're using IE, the SECURITY settings in OPTIONS could do it. I believe,
also, CONTENT | CONTENT ADVISOR if set can be a problem.
Also... if you have Zone Alarm, the settings may not allow pictures from
certain sites, and that site falls into that category. Any other security
app you have may have similar options.
