Go back into Control Panel and checking out the User Accounts applet. Select each profile in turn and reset their passwords. When asked for the old and new, leave all of those fields blank. Hopefully, doing this for all of them will remove this annoyance. Assuming you have a separate Administrator account with an actual password, reset it to the same password it's using now.
