If it got online with your screen name, then I imagine it must be hooked up correctly. When you say 'switched screen names' do you mean 'Windows users' or 'AOL screen names' ???? What OS and ISP? My old computer now has the network card in it. When I first went on it today, it was online. I switched screen names to my daughter's and when I got to her name, there was a pop up that said it wasn't connected. It is still not connected. I've NO clue what to do. I have zone alarm free on that computer. there is a part in zone alarm, under firewall - zones, where the router is listed. Do I need to do something there? Or is it a router setting? HELP !! LOL thx!
