Beau, try doing it another way. Go to CONTROL PANEL | ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS |
then SET PROGRAM ACCESS AND DEFAULTS on the left-side. ON the next Windows,
on the far right, click the down-arrow associated with the CUSTOM selection.
Somewhere in there should be the option to select your default mail program.
See if OE is listed there.

Do you mean under CONTROL PANEL | INTERNET OPTIONS | PROGRAMS ? If so, are
