It should have appeared on the page you were on once the wizard's files were installed on your hard drive. Those files should be the ones the online wizard uses to help determine what you needed from the site. I would go back to that page and start over again. It may be enough to activate those files now residing on your hard drive and give you the info you need to proceed.
