can you redownload or reinstall it?..THEN try deleting thru control 
panel..had to do THAT with Norton a time or two when something was missing 
and it woudln't uninstall..

I did that but am looking for parts of a remainingn program that I want to
delete,  It actually shows up in my control panel.  I tried to uninstall it
and it said could not find the installation log so could not uninstall.
