I just did a system restore a week ago and hoped it would fix a file/feature
that is not working in a program that I have. But, it has not fixed it. I do
not understand how to fix it as the program feature that I am talking about
works fine in my brother's computer and he has xp home like me. It is a built
in help feature in the Family Tree Maker V. 11 program. I cannot get it to
work. I figured it was a corrupt file on my OS or something since it worked ok
on someone else's computer. I thought using my system restore disk would fix
it. Can anyone else give me a clue as to what else I might try as I like this
program and would love to use the feature. It was not a cheap program either.

thanks, christy
