Pat, She isn't infected (yet). Norton's is telling her that it caught three instances of the worm in incoming email. Depending on the settings on = her computer it either quarantined them or deleted them for her. She never even clicked to open any messages and there were no attachments on these emails.. this is what she remembers seeing W32NOVARGA@com VOVARGA She has OE set so she dont see the view she literally has to double click to open each mail...shes up to date on all her VP updates...shes been to Panda...shes scanned...she is a very good one to keep all the updates updated...........so how can she be infected if there is no attachment?
