That is a big point and has closed a lot of
deals.  500 bucks for a fast 
computer with a 2 year warranty.  Every day it
works after the twoo years is 
like money in the bank.  If it breaks, toss it
and by a new one.  Though I 
generally tell my customers about a lovcal
charity that will accept them.
