I am only guessing...but I think the Infernal Revenue Service will have this on their site. OOPS! That is INTERNAL not INFERNAL Revenue Service. haha! (I had a friend that use to write her checks to the Infernal Revenue Service....they were cashed... their either knew who they were..or...it was the Call me anything, just give me money thing! Also, each state web site "should" have their own Dept of Taxation or Revenue that can give you that info. Since I live in Nevada and I do not have to pay State Income Taxes and my memories are from NYC when I did have to pay taxes and who I contacted to get this info 30 yrs ago! Have a happy.
