Some people develop programs just for the fun of it. Postcardware
gives them a special kind of thanks...that you liked it enough to take
the time to send a postcard. Others, indeed, do collect the postcards
from all over the world - stamps too.
On a not so nice vein....................perhaps some companies use
the addresses to send advertising to.........but I seriously doubt
many do that.

   | A program called SigMan. You can find it at:
   |
   |
   | It's
   | freeware......well, postcardware.

   | Hey Cowboy, I went to the website to see how this 'postcardware'
   | works--that's it, just send them a post card, preferably with a
   | local scene. Since I live in a resort area, we have plenty of
   | those. But I don't get the point of postcardware...IS there a
   | point?
   | Maybe just to indicate one has the interest? Or maybe they
   | collect post cards? --Glo
