And there in lays the problem...you are using the word as condition...as if
it were a desease..it isn't. Stupidity is not something one is born with..
it's a reaction to any given situation. One does something stupid..not
thinking. They may know better but because they may be in a rough situation
they don't respond properly.. and afterward " now that was a stupid thing to
do"..

Which doesnt mean that can't be changed...a poor ability can be from lack of
knowledge which CAN be changed..
The only other explanation may have to do with a physically born condition
of low mentality..a birth defect.. mental retardation of a any kind but
such doesn't not qualify as being stupid..and if someone uses stupid to
explain THAT, welllllll they need to rethink.

I would use some caution when dealing out that
word--stupidity..it's so often used in place of ignorance, or just
