I've been using a forwarding service for years called Bigfoot. It can be found at www.bigfoot.com I've never had a problem with them. The free service allows you only around 25 emails per day so it's not suitable for one of these groups but I use my Bigfoot address for stuff that I recieve from friends. I never use the web based service and opt for email forwarding instead. I've been using it for at least 5-7 years. When my ISP changes, I just direct my email forwarding service to start sending my mail to my new "real" address. The forwarding service was totally free for years, but they started charging last year. Last year I paid $9.95 for the whole year as an introductory special, this year I paid $14.95 for the whole year. The service used to be called iName.com, but is now Mail.com. You can go to their web site to change any of your user settings. http://www.mail.com. Cajun <<<<So the question is this, I don't want the hassle of keep telling business and personal contacts of new email address's every time I move ! So is there some way of having an email address that would never change, irregardless of changing residential address or whether or not it's an ADSL connection. I don't want the hotmail or yahoo email address's, I would prefer something more business like. >>>> To unsub or change your email settings: //www.freelists.org/webpage/pctechtalk To access our Archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PCTechTalk/messages/ //www.freelists.org/archives/pctechtalk/ For more info: //www.freelists.org/cgi-bin/list?list_id=pctechtalk To unsub or change your email settings: //www.freelists.org/webpage/pctechtalk To access our Archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PCTechTalk/messages/ //www.freelists.org/archives/pctechtalk/ For more info: //www.freelists.org/cgi-bin/list?list_id=pctechtalk
