Well Holy Cow! I did download the Disk Manager from the IBM site. Took a
deep breath and it formatted and would have partitioned it had I chosen to
do so. I may yet! The only thing I don't like is that it rearranged my
drive letters, I might change that. All in all I am very pelased with the
way it quickly took charge of my problem!

Your welcome Sylvia! It has been a long time since I had to run DFT, I
can't
remember but I think I had to run fdisk after so I could have 3 partitions
and for sure then would have had to format the 3 drives. I don't know
anything about CD burners or the Ghost programs.
