No, not exactly.  I want to run the program in the upper right-hand corner
of my screen.  But if I open any other programs, that they will open up
behind that window, not in front.  Does that help?

You should be able to just double-click the screen while watching the movie,
and it'll make the whole thing FULL SCREEN and be on top. Likewise,
ALT-ENTER should work as well. Is this what you're looking to do?
