If it happens to more than one group address (or to all addresses at a single email server like yahoo.com), my first though would be to run the Add/Remove uninstall for Outlook (or Office, if it's part of that suite). You'll get an install box asking you if you want to add/remove components, repair or uninstall it. Choose Repair and let it do its thing. If it only happens to the one address, it may be a corrupted entry in your address book for Outlook. Try deleting that entry and then recreate it to see if that helps.
