Try typing your sig just like you want it into notepad and save it on your
computer them go into the tools, options, sig and click File and browse to
the file you saved and try it and see if that fixes the problem.

The one I use is the OE in tools, options, sig. but for some reason lately
it keeps doing it's thing of causeing everything BELOW it to drop maybe
20
spaces..as in

Hi Mary Lou, I have OE and there are 3 ways to put in a sig. I have a txt
file on my D: drive I will use with this letter, I have an html file there
also but PCTechTalk doesn't let it do html files, You can also type in the
sig in the OE without having the files on the computer.
