Unless you already did it, you may want to try the overburn feature, and knock 
it up a few minutes extra.

With that said, if you have other burning software, try burning it with that 
other package, to see if its a hardware problem or a software problem.

Another thing... try burning at the slowest possible speed.

Ar you getting any errors? Or, does it just reboot with nothing on screen?

  Hello,

  I am using Nero and experiences a big problem. When burning a audio CDR with
  79:06 minutes of music, in 3 of 5 cases the computer crashes and reboots
  when the CD is about 70-80% full. The CDR is then playable up to the point
  where the crash happened. I am trying to burn 27 songs on 80 minute CDR
  blanks.

  Using XP Home and Nero 5.5

  Any idea what happens?
