So I gather...I downloaded the new one and installed--now I have TWO?? 1.01
and 1.02--I wonder can I delete the first?

You have to go to the Firefox site and download the new version.  It is
version 1.0.2.  Mozilla seems to not have "patches" as IE does, but rather
releases them as new versions of the software.
