Someone on the list told me about it(Don?) when I could not play DVD's in 
the drive I had at the time.  It turned out that the drive was bad and 
nothing would play that DVD but I like Media Player Classic and it is free. 
I went to the website suggested in the help and this is it: 
http://gabest.org/
I was surprised that it listed a whole lot of media players and Media Player 
Classic was just one of them.
