Since I don't know all the details, here's a few locations where the solution
might exist. I found them by throwing the error message into the Google search
engine:

  Hello,
I installed more memory in my computer yesterday, which has helped
  tremendously.

Now, though, my Outlook Express is locking up frequently and I get the error
message that MSRGV 32 is not responding. Any suggestions?

  Thanks,
  Robert
