Faustus,

Thank you. With your help I could successfully set IE as my default browser.

Regards,
Mihir

Start Internet Explorer. Go to the Tools menu >> Internet Options. Click the
tab labelled Programs, and down at the bottom there should be a checkbox
labelled 'Internet Explorer should check to see if it is the default
browser'. Put a check in the box, click OK. Close down Internet Explorer and
restart it.

If you have more than one browser on your system, IE should ask you if you
want to make it the default. Say yes. If it doesn't ask you, it's already
the default browser.

Faustus
