Can someone tell me what a horizontal rule is and is it different than a
horizontal line?
I am using composer program on netscape and having to insert a horizontal
rule, I see nothing on that on the internet in regard to composer. From what I
can read it is a sectional break? Then what is the horizontal line for? I
have an option on composer to insert horizontal lines. My instructor wants me
to
insert a horizontal rule using composer.
