And I would bet no legit ISP would send that kind of thing out. I would

I didn't get the Access4Less email but I have received similar
emails and they are a scam. My hosting company never sends this
type of email out nor does my ISP.
This type of email wants the person to click on it so they can
download something to watch where you go on the Internet or use
your computer in other ways. I simply delete these.

I can't see any reason, excepy malicious, that you would get
that email - I would call (not email) Access4less and
find out what is up with it.
