Dave, try going into SAFE MODE and then installing. If its conflicting =
with something running in the background, the SAFE MODE may help.

I have tried many times to install Google Desktop Search. Each time I =

I have asked Google for help but received none and could find nothing by =

of the problem? I run W2K with all Service Packs and Updates and IE6
