good Morning G:
I did the scan like you suggested.
It shows I had 5 Spywares but two were my Adware program.
I can't understand. IF.... they show I have no virus what is the deal =
with "nothing to do" thumbnail and when it pops it doubles what I am =
trying to save. (It happens as I am opening a zip.).
My teacher at school that is a wizard like you people here told me that =
it is a stray thumbnail that it was not harmful.
This is driving me CRAZY!!!.
Thanks for all your help.
Hugs Evelyn

Evelyn,
    Have you tried using any of the free online scans yet? You go to an =

antivirus site, click a button, accept a small downloaded ActiveX or=20
Javascript file and it scans your system for these pests. Most will =
only=20
tell you if it finds something, but you'd have to pay to remove it. But =

there are some that do it all for free. Better yet, you don't have to =
turn=20
off your own AV app before running it. Below is one of my favorites. =
Give=20
it a spin, report your findings here and perhaps we'll be able to get =
rid of=20
the pest once and for all.
