Most of you probably already have EasyBCD, but may not know about iReboot. 
This allows you to tell the system which OS to reboot so you can make a
bathroom run and not worry about missing the OS Selection menu.
Open EasyBCD.  Select Overview.  Click on the policeman's hat.

On the systray you'll find a policeman's hat icon.  Right Click.  Click on
Reboot on Selection.  Then right-click again and select the OS to boot to.

Now, if only it had the option to tell it to boot to SAFE mode . . . . :-(
