not unless it's the same program used for the email..I don't have that 
problem with other email stationery.. just this one person. it always comes 
up with blue scroll bars. hmmmmmm

    That sounds like a perfectly good explaination of what's happening, but
it doesn't explain why it's happening.  Anything common among the email that
causes it?
