If you have created a jpg image of your signature with a paint=20
program and it's on your hard drive -- it's easy to add this to=20
Outlook express.


Click Format,
Click Rich Text (HTML)
Type your message and then
Click Insert
Find your jpg image using the browse Feature
then click OK
Your Gif is then inserted.
You can even make a business card and insert it.  This list does=20
not allow this so can't send you and example.
